Payroll Management
$100/month base fee (includes Gusto subscription)
$30 per employee per month
Includes:
- Payroll processing (up to 2 regular payroll runs per month)
- Payroll tax filings and payments
- New hire setup
- W-2 and 1099 reporting included for payroll contractors
- Agency notices handled through Gusto
Optional Payroll Add-Ons:
- Off-cycle payroll run: $50/run
- Payroll changes after processing: $50
- Payroll clean-up or corrections: $75/hr
- Multi-state payroll: +$50/month
1099 Reporting
Contractors not supported on payroll software
$15 per contractor per year
- Includes preparation and filing Forms 1099-NEC and required transmittals
- Client is responsible for providing accurate contractor information (W-9s)
Contractors via Gusto or other current payroll software
- Included at no additional cost
- User access is required if using other payroll software
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) Dispute Resolution Services
Dispute resolution and mediation services are outside the scope of routine bookkeeping and are offered only upon client request. Client retains full responsibility for final decisions, approvals, and resolution outcomes.
$100/hr, billed in 30-minute increments
1-hour minimum per dispute
Scope of Dispute Support
- Review of invoices, bills, payment history, and related documentation
- Limited communication with vendors or customers via email or phone
- Summary of findings and recommended next steps for resolution
Exclusions & Limitations
- Does not include legal advice or formal representation
- Does not include collections activity or enforcement of payment
- Ongoing or complex disputes may require additional approval and billing
